Building a Future for Foster Youth Aging Out of the System
Every year, thousands of foster youth age out of care with no safety net. We’re changing that by building a full community designed for stability, growth, and dignity.
On donated land from two churches, we’re creating safe housing for 25-30 youth, a gymnasium and wellness space, and wraparound mentorship.

Strategic Partnership with Ujima
The Fox Foundation Tampa is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Ujima Integrated Transitional Housing & Workforce Development Program to create sustainable pathways for youth aging out of the foster care system.
7-Unit Transitional Housing Sites - Safe, stable housing prioritizing youth with limited or no housing options.
Workforce Development - Onsite training, safety certifications, and job opportunities through municipal and private contracts.
Community Engagement - Partnerships with local governments, HUD, nonprofits, and stakeholders to ensure program sustainability.
Together, Fox Foundation Tampa and Ujima Housing Solutions are combining resources, expertise, and community connections to create a transformative model for youth empowerment.
